Exciting Kinolime Reader Updates: We Heard You!

Hey Kinolimers,

Thanks so much for being an active participant and sharing your thoughts on our screenplay reader.

Our main goal is to keep the voting fair and based on the actual quality of the scripts.

So we want to make sure people are reading the screenplays before voting, not just picking favorites. The competition's integrity and the hard work of the writers are counting on informed votes.

That said, we've heard from some of you about issues with the voting panel and keeping track of your reading progress.

Don't worry, we've been listening and have tackled these problems head-on.

That's why we've added some cool new feature updates to help everyone read the scripts, without compromising the quality of their votes.

We are thrilled to announce the following feature changes:

1. Pace Per Page Update

We have reduced the pace per page from 60 seconds to 25 seconds, ensuring you take the time to absorb the content without getting stuck on pages with little copy.

2. Vote threshold Update

The vote threshold has been adjusted from 95% to 75% of the screenplay, ensuring that you can start reviewing the voting as you approach the end of the script.

3. New Page Progress Indicator

We have implemented a more obvious page progress indicator that clearly displays your progress through each individual page. Kinolime Green means it's safe to proceed.

4. New Script Progress Indicator

A simpler overall progress bar now provides a clearer visual representation of your progress through the entire screenplay.

5. Helpful Video

We have added a readily accessible video that offers guidance on navigating and utilizing our Kinolime reader effectively. Just click the question mark at the top of the reader.

We’ll continue to iterate and make changes to competition experience so our products help you get the most out of the experience.

We invite you to dive back into the competition, explore the captivating stories, and cast your votes for your favorite scripts. Your participation is crucial in making this screenplay competition truly one of a kind.

If you have any further questions, concerns, or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at  support@info.kinolime.com. We are always here to assist you.

Thank you for being a valued member of the Kinolime community. Happy reading and voting!

Head over to your "My Lab" tab and continue your reading!

Best regards,

The Kinolime Team
